Incredibly dishonest billing practices. They told me that it was only going to be $100/session, but when the bill came, it was over $200/session. When I asked why the bill was so different from what they told me, the administrator asked why I was "confused" and refused to answer my questions. I would highly recommend going to a PT that is at least upfront about how much it is going to cost.

Well I am back to Jag again after 3 months I had another knee replacement and I just started back at Jag. I can’t tell you how great the care is as far as I am concerned this is the only physical therapy office to go to The staff is the best from reception to billing dept and the physical therapy team are all A+

Albert is the best. The GOAT. He also tries to look like Leon Scott Kennedy. I'm not sure if he does that intentionally or not. But my shoulder pain is gone. Thank you

I use to go to another therapy place before coming to Jag- One. Although the staff in both places are similarly nice, I like the homey feeling I get at Jag-One. But most importantly, I like how at Jag-One they focus on each patient’s individual needs. They know their job and gave me confidence that my problems will be fixed.
