I just called to check on a prescription and Phil was super transparent, knowledgeable and helpful! He let me know that the medication wasn't covered, the actual cost of it and let me know in detail a more affordable, non prescription alternative. It is so refreshing to have a medical professional who genuinely cares for their customers and wants what's best for them. I am so happy I switched to this pharmacy and will never go back to the big, faceless chains.

Really wonderful local neighborhood pharmacy. Prescriptions are always ready quickly, and everything I’ve needed has been in stock, even ones that other pharmacies have not had. They also are very friendly and kind, which is a great bonus!

I don't think I've ever left a Google review before but I've always had such great experiences here I feel compelled to. Irving Pharmacy has been my go-to for several years now not only because of their selection and cleanliness, but most importantly the kind and considerate service they provide.The pharmacist and full team are extremely kind, considerate, and all great listeners which is an enormous help when they can provide an excellent medication suggestion tailored to your specific symptoms.If all pharmacies tried to be like this one more people would be happier and healthier

I have been a customer here for nearly 10 years. The best service. The best in house staff. AMAZING delivery drivers. I live across the street from a chain pharmacy but will NEVER stop using Irving! And as a side note. If you are ever feeling down or need a pick me up, just walk in the front door. EVERYONE greets you with a smile at the counter. Its those little things that mean so much!
