Love this place! It’s not the closest bottle shop to me but I come here whenever I can because the staff always has great recommendations and the customer service is generally great. Have been here a bunch but most recently today when it was very rainy and they really looked out for me making sure I would hold my bag so as to prevent it from disintegrating in the rain (because that’s what happens with paper bags when they get wet)!

Absolutely love this place. I've gotten to know folks who work there and they are truly the nicest and most informative people. Always there to help me find the right wine with what I want to cook. Cannot recommend Shandi, Hunter, Quinn and Ramona enough for always being lovely to chat with and being the best wine store in the neighborhood!

Great little shop. Small space so the selection is very thoughtfully curated. All killer no filler.The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a great reward program that effectively gives you 10% off.

It was pouring rain a they bagged my wine in 1 paper bag. By the time I got home which is right around the corner to blocks away the bag shocking ripped And my wine bottles shattered. As someone who has been coming to the wine shop for a while now and I was also there a whole 5 mins ago I called them up explaining the situation. They told me it was my fault and they don’t replace bottles.I understand if you’re asking 5 replacements bottles at once that can be a lot but I called asking for just one. There was no middle ground. Not even like sorry we can’t give it to you but we can do 50% off as something… I’ve placed large orders with them before ordering 24 bottle at a time for mini events I’ve thrown. I think the lack of customer loyalty or need for customer retention is embarrassing. 1/10 I will never be returning. And I will be tell everyone I know that Irving bottle is a scam likely and they should go anywhere else. ❤️

Best wine store in the neighborhood. Great selection and incredible staff. I recently had a knee surgery so had to use their delivery service (they have their own app!) and it was delivered within the hour. Super efficient. Highly recommend checking them out.

I came to find a wine that I bought at USQ Wines that I was not able to locate anywhere in Manhattan, and this spot did not disappoint. To my surprise, I am greeted by two cuties named Fig and Biscuit, who are the dogs of each of the owners of the store. Not only was I able to find my rare wine, but I was also able to hang out with the cutie dogs, who were so affectionate and also territorial and protective of me (yes, ME as a guest in the store) towards other dogs that came in. I plan to come back and support this place due to finding my rare wine, their amazing wine selection I was able to browse, and also for the dogs.

For my birthday last year my daughter gave me a gift of six bottles of wine from this store. Through the year we had a chance to try all them - white, rose and red. Five of them were excellent, one was simply good. Recently on a good occasion I was able to taste the FrenchChampaign from this store. In general,price/quality ratio is perfect in this place.
