Customer service was very poor, slow and very disrespectful. The customer service lady was Russian . She was very angry , nervous and noisy. I never recommend this bank location for anyone .Please teach the customer service team for communication skills. - - -

Asked to change some money here, being the only one customer in the bank. The cashier refused to help, motivated it with “You don’t have account with us”. Seriously? That’s how you guys “attract” people?

This branch does not deserve even 1 star. No experienced employees , tellers work slow. I will not recommend this bank to anyone, even branch serving is ridiculous and non professional
