Do not BANK here!!!! If I can give this branch 0 stars I would, went in there this morning for an ATM card that would of literally taken only 5 mins. They had customer in there being serviced and this heavy set lady with black hair stated I needed an appointment to get a replacement card is insane to me. The emphasis on how long the wait was was told to me not once but twice. Plus this same woman could of printed out my ATM card but decided to be a paper gofer...
For future reference, you could of asked the customer give me one moment let me print out a card since you'll be here awhile. That was it, simple and easy.
Just a note, dont speak on other customers to others within ear shot cell phones can pick up conversation from a distance,

Run as far away from this bank as humanly possible. Worst customer service. No one wants to help you and you're easily dismissed. You don't get the same story twice and they illegally hold your money against every banking regulation in place.

I went in to this branch to try and get an ATM card. The whole interaction was bizarre. The tellers were rude. She refer me to the lady behind the desk. The lady, Inessa, had a cold stare the whole time. I have multiple checking accounts with Citizens and have been a customer for years now.They didn’t treat me like a customer. They treated me like a criminal trying to commit fraud the whole time. They claim that my SSN did not match their record. I told them that it’s a business account and I can pull the EIN. She will not even let me give her the EIN and kept saying that my SSN does not match. Her stares were cold. She gave me the feeling that she didn’t want to be bothered because it’s late on a Friday afternoon.This is beyond frustrating. This is a textbook example of how you get your customers to hate you as a business.

I would definitely NOT recommend the branch on Nostrand ave in Brooklyn. They have the worst customer service! They issue debit cards that don’t work and then don’t care to help resolve the problem!! This going on for two weeks and they make you wait 30 mins for them to tell you “your outta luck because there’s nothing I can do the machine is still down”They don’t ask if they can order you a card and send by mail or help getting it from another branch. Not helpful. Not professional. Awful service!!

I would definitely NOT recommend the branch on Nostrand ave in Brooklyn. They have the worst customer service! They issue debit cards that don’t work and then don’t care to help resolve the problem!! A good community bank in the Sheepshead Bay area. There's almost no lines and its a quick in and out transaction. The services they provide are limited but cant expect much since its a smaller bank. The tellers also doesn't have debit card account look up so I have to tell them my account # for them to look up my account which is kind of old fashion compared to more larger banks. Overall I would recommend this bank if living in the area especially since this bank offers no fee checking*.
