By far the best customer service I’ve ever had at any bank branch. The staff at this new bay ridge location has brought great energy to this corner and they always are patient when helping me.

Nela Beerbahadur was not only unknowledgeable but outrageously unprofessional. She was unable to figure out how to open a simple checking account and she requested me return on two occasions between 6/29-6/30/2023. I did so. The final interaction with this branch employee on July 1, 2023 has never mirrored such unprofessionalism experienced at any branch let alone bank before. She miscommunicated straightforward information to the manager, failed to open account(s) despite providing confirmation, offered no resolution, not only failed to apologize, but hung up on the telephone call. When I calmly called back to retrieve her branch manager’s contact information, Nela carried on, first, to refuse to provide Mr. Brian Chin’s contact email and—get this—secondly, lie to state her manager has no email. She stated his contact email is the same as HER email address. Our family and neighbors will never approach Citizens again. I opened an elite checking and savings account at Capital One with top professionalism and ease. This is your money; you have been warned by myself and, as I clearly see below, neighbors.

Go to the branch on 5th ave instead of the 3rd ave location. Teller was a complete moron. A simple deposit shouldn't be so long and painful. Regardless of the type of deposit slip you use, a back employee should be able to discern the type of account you have simply from the information provided. He was unable to find my accounts and claimed them to be "invalid". After finally locating the accounts, he also forgot to give me a receipt for one of the deposits. Such incompetence.

The customer service is always exceptional at this branch and at every Investors branch I’ve ever been to, both now and back when these branches were part of Marathon bank. If you’re doing business in Bay Ridge, I highly recommend this bank.Considering how difficult it is to get even mediocre service in Brooklyn these days, in general, I consider the service here to be a miracle.

One star for this branch, but this is not the Investors way of life, I've been to 10 other branches including Court St. Investors other branches are 10 X better than 3rd Ave. The manager here has a cluster B disorderI do background checks on main managers to see if they are moved around a lot. If her name Nella not only is abusive to customers but is abusive to former co-workers after I completed my sweep. She is the only one who has certain issues about face coverings, out of 50 + places.She also slammed the door in my face on a hot day in June.In less than 4 days she created the threshold to me to close my account and take business elsewhere. Imagine a dysfunctional manager in a cardboard cut out neighborhood who drives business away for their office.
