“I was having issues with my phone and had called T-Mobile multiple times with no avail. Calling was actually quite unhelpful so I went into the store and spoke with a rep by the name of Daniel. He not only helped get me a replacement phone through my warranty but he also managed to efficiently and effective (with patience and ease) help 6 other customers at the same time. Something had happened where he was the only employee on the floor that evening. I hardly ever see any type of employee in any business have that much patience and expertise in such a high stress situation. I was genuinely surprised that he was just a floor associate. He had great management skills and I had originally thought that the young man was in fact a manager.

“Went in to change my service to T-Mobile and keep my current cell #. As an older customer, you never know how you are going to be treated. Very positive experience. I didn't feel that I was treated differently than someone in their 20s or 30s coming into the store. I knew what plan I wanted before I came, and I also came with some additional questions. Noel was very helpful. Explained some plan differences, answered my questions and made sure that everything was completed (number transfer, T-mobile account etc) before I left the store.”

“The finest T-Mobile store in Brooklyn is located at 24 Graham Avenue. The staff there are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist without hesitation. However, it would be beneficial for this location to close earlier during the summer. The team at this store is hardworking, with Yordy being especially helpful. Tito should be considered for a managerial position as he demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities. The 3rd key employee is not fully utilizing their capabilities.”
