It is certainly the worst public service I have ever received I suffered discrimination I was harassed badly treated by the attendant who is in booth 9 a terrible public employee who has no respect for people and mockingly went to the reception and prevented another employee from assisting me and laughed and did a little dance the laughs of debauchery a horrible place

Entry requires rigorous security check, like an international airport. Wait for scheduled appointment was reasonable, 15 min. But personnel are not CPA or auditors, trained for complicated tax returns. More akin to Turbo tax agents, to help with simple 1040 rax returns.

Worst experience ever.Democrats killed our systemDid not receive any information about my tax return. After 4 month NO ANSWER !!!!They just run you around !!!!!!!!No answer, No return !!!! No phone number that is work. I swear NO TAX FOR OUR DEMOCRATS !!!Who spend them for WAR and Biden son ckrack !!!

Went down here today to find out what’s going on with my tax returns from 2019-2021. Was seen almost immediately and met with Louie who was very helpful. He walked me through everything I needed to do on my end and even let me submit forms I was missing right then with him. Was a really positive experience. Don’t bother calling though, just come here in person.

I went here today after making a appointment I got the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Gonzalez. He gave me all the information I needed and was very kind. It was fast and easy to do. I appreciated everything he gave me so I can protect myself from now on from identity theft. If I ever have too go back I hope I get him again. Thank you

A huge disservice to customers. I went Monday morning and I explained my situation in regards to someone filing for my son although my son lives with me and the person at the front desk he was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional to the highest I would never recommend going here for business In that location. I understand we're in a pandemic but it doesn't give the right to be rude and not be attentive I even showed vaccination card everything he was still rude horrible place.

I just had my appointment today and I was dreading it I didn’t know what to expect I guess just a stigma that goes with thinking of the IRS and to be honest I had a really bad couple of months trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone but I do know the irs number is general not specific to this location but the people were absolutely amazing the one who took care of my appointment Mr. Gonzalez was so helpful the appointment turned out very pleasant
