Also the fact that he speaks multiple languages just like me, this made me feel like he could relate to my experience. As a former commercial banking employee, he went above and beyond to assist me. Tried online through Chase.com-failed, something with deluxe website maybe, maybe not..called them spoke to chase reps on the phone also ran into an issue. While on the phone was brushed off and told to try again later. Ok, tried again few times in the next few days..failed miserably. Decided to stop by the physical chase brand and was greeted by Sana.
