Leo and his crew did a great job renovating my bathroom. They were professional, kept the space clean, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Leo had some really helpful suggestions that improved the overall design. The quality of the work met my expectations, and I'm happy with the new look of my bathroom. Impressive Renovation did an amazing job remodeling my old bathroom. I’m very meticulous about details, and they were incredibly patient with all my requests. Leo and his team were phenomenal! A before and after of our foyer and some additional after photos of the hallway and our two bedroom apartment. Leo and his team patched, primed, and painted our unit and the communal hallways of our building. He was communicative, prompt, affordable, and went above and beyond to finish the work over a weekend in time to stage the apartment. Leo and his team kindly even dispatched of a massive dresser that was stuck in our apartment and a team of four movers had been unable to remove! They went so far as to repaint all of our closet ceilings and our boiler room as well. It’s clear that Leo’s skill set goes far beyond painting and patching, and I would employ his services for any contracting needs in the future. He’s a skilled craftsperson who clearly takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners - we feel lucky to have found someone who is so capable to go to with our home fixes and projects. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

I recently purchased an apartment and was really stressed about the idea of renovating. Leo and his team swept in and took care of everything. It was a total gut renovation, but they handled it like a breeze.
Despite my busy schedule, they managed the project with minimal input from me and completed it quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism, regular communication, and high-quality work exceeded my expectations.

Leo and his team are fantastic! I’m meticulous and price conscious. I’ve renovated a historic townhouse and worked with many contractors. Impressive Restoration is among the best. Leo offered a very competitive quote for two different projects - replacing a kitchen floor and house painting. His team showed up on time and finished the work before expected. They pay attention to details, fix problems without increasing their price, clean up beautifully and ensured the jobs were done to my satisfaction. I will contact Impressive Restoration for further projects first, without question.

In May of 2023, my husband and I hired Leo to remodel our bathroom, redo our master bedroom closets, fill surface level cracks in our foundation, and install wood laminate flooring on our entire second floor. We just purchased our first home, and Leo was aware of how new we were to working with contractors. Not only did he do a phenomenal job at a fair price, but he also went far above our expectations by fixing little things as he saw fit free of charge. For example, after he demo’d our bathroom, he found a small hole in our roof that he immediately notified us of and filled the gap. While he was up there, he even secured a few of our shingles that were loose. When filling the gaps in our foundation, he also gave it a fresh coat of paint free of charge. My favorite part of working with Leo was how transparent he was, how quickly he responded to any questions we had, & how he sent progress picture & video updates every step of the way. We would definitely recommend him to anyone, & look forward to working with him again with our future household requests. (Before and after photos of our bathroom)
Updated Review: On 6/21/24, we hired Leo again for miscellaneous house fixes including adding a railing to our stairway, replacing our exterior basement door with a waterproof one, and small plumbing changes. He executed all the changes in one day and problem-solved quickly on the job. Happy to report it has rained several times since, and there hasn’t been any flooding inside. Leo’s always a pleasure to work with for a reasonable price. Can’t thank him enough!

Leo replaced our kitchen sink counter and every step of the way he was courteous, professional, and efficient. He was extremely flexible and accommodated our schedule to get the job done in our apartment. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

After seeing all the positive reviews for Impressive Restoration I decided to hire them to paint a tenant apt and to add venting in the kitchen for cooking. I was nervous about drilling through my building wall but they did a great job with the project. They are very organized, have great skills, work fast and are super nice & easy to work with. I would definately hire them again.
