Do not use him!! He made a major mistake on my 2021 tax return and now I owe over $30K which includes penalties and interest because based on his calculations, I ended up underpaying without realizing it. He didn't even have the decency to explain to me what happened and why I owe so much. The IRS explained it all. When I called him about it, he just told me to pay it. What a creep! He's despicable.

This office is extremely knowledgeable on the tax laws and the updates for each corresponding years. My favorite thing about this office is the abnormal approaches they take to protect all my sensitive information.

Fyi to all hard working tax payers, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING OVER THERE!!! I went to Orlando's office last Thursday to file my taxes and ended up sitting there for over an hour! Between his creepy flirting and cryptic compliments I was extremely nauseated!!! Finally, after almost an hour of waiting, Orlando finally looked over my w2's (2-years worth) and told me that my fee would be $260 for both (sounded great)!!!...He also stated that I was getting a good deal! However, the person that I am, I would've given him an extra $50 bonus provided he did a good job! I ended up paying him the $100 upfront and we both understood that I were to pay him the $160 balance the following Wednesday! The following Wednesday, I show up at the office to pay my $160 balance!....Out of nowhere, Orlando tried to blind-side me with another added fee of $244!? Of course, like any sane person would do, I took the option of getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere! Advice: Make sure you get a receipt and if you feel your tax preparer is not reliable just call the IRS because you can always get your taxes amended so you can get paid! Good luck to all the hard working tax payers!

Absolutely the best tax preparer. Vivian takes his time to see that I always get back the best return, and I am always satisfied with the results. He and his team are very professional at what they do and take their work seriously. I have been filing my taxes with Vivian since the year 2000 or 2001 and will continue to file with him because he goes out of his way to do the best job and always makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. He always keeps his clients updated on any changes that may occur, that we need to pay attention to throughout the year, he sends us information that we may need to help us fill out the forms in a timely manner to get back a fast return. Overall, Vivian cares about all of his clients and stays in contact with us even when the tax season is over, making sure that we stay informed.
