One of my fave furniture shop. I’ve furnished many homes from this furniture store. As someone who grew up with superb quality furniture, I would not compare these to anything vintage. They are cost effective for small projects for short term. I love that I can return or exchange with 365 days. It ensures my home stays up to date with the latest trends in furniture. I’ve had bed frames, mattresses, study tables, lamps, utensils and plates from here. I do wish for better quality, but hey it’s ikea.

The checkout employees are some of the most disgruntled people on the planet. It's like their first job is to socialize with their co-workers rather than assist you with checking out.
I had the "pleasure" of being "assisted" by Denise and she's by far one of the worst cashiers I've ever encountered. She wouldn't scan my stuff until after finishing chatting with her co-workers and she doesn't even know how to properly operate the computer — has to constantly call the manager how to do stuff. Then, after I decided to cancel the transaction after a promo code I had wasn't working, she started chucking the stuff away in an annoyed fashion.
I suppose she seems to hate her job, which is fine, but to show attitude on customers doesn't seem right.

Always love Visiting IKEA.
And this place is very nice,
Service could be better i would rate it 2 stars.
but its to expext in. Large department stores.
make sure to to come on Sunday, they have NY waterway ferry free on Sunday.
could even make it a family trip with the kids

Do not shop here. They are randomly out of stock of anything and everything, even if you order in advance. They will reschedule your delivery and then cancel it the next day.

They have a food court which is very good. You have to try the dessert, especially the cheesecake. Their hot dogs are good as well. The view in the food court. I haven't tried their furniture yet. I have in the past.

Whenever I need any furniture I go there. And the stuff is good quality, I had my desk for 9 years now and it's as good as it was when I bought it. And I love their cafeteria and Swedish meatballs.

This location is below the quality of a standard IKEA store. The staff in the cafe aren’t paying much attention to customer. The arrangement of showroom is casual

This place is so confusing I couldn’t find what I was looking for and after I did, it took me at least 45 minutes to find my way out. The exit signs were for the emergency exit. They should have real exit signs for people. I wasn’t the only person trying to get out. I missed the last ferry to Manhattan and had to take the bus to Brooklyn to catch the subway ugh
