On May 12, 2023 ( Friday), I had bought a chain and paid $35. When I got home, I noticed the chain was to short. On May 15, 2023 ( Monday), I went back to the store, to exchange the chain for a large one. Mind you, I live in the neighborhood and going there for years. The lady behind the counter, said " let me see ". This Asian man comes to the counter, looks at me and says " I will exchange it this time, but next time no more exchanges! " I asked him " Why?" He had his back turned to me, and did not answer. The lady behind the counter, spoke on the Asian man's behalf and said " We don't do exchanges ". I think she did that to try to diffuse a fight. The Asian end up giving me a larger chain, but it cost $28, $ 7 dollars less, than what I had paid for the first chain. He then just walked away, without even offering to pay the difference of $ 7 dollars back to me. I thanked the sales lady and walked out of the store. I hope that those 2 nice ladies, who work there , start to find another job. It sounds me like the place is going out of business. I know one thing, this store sure won't be getting anymore business out of me !! ?

First let me state that I should have known better to come here because of the location. Once I entered I was greeted immediately. I told the lady I only needed a ring guard. She called the Asian guy from the back and he asked me for my ring and started heading to the back! I told him that I don't want him to take my ring in the back and if he could just put the ring guard on in front of me like every other store. He got mad and told me to leave the school. Please be aware that places like this switch out gems. There is no need to take a ring in the back for a guard. Stay away
