This is one of the worst bank, extremely unprofessional, the supervisor is extremely aggressive, get ready to be ask irrelevant questions when you making a simple withdrawal of more than $5000 but this only happens if you are black because those same black people in that branch feel like black can’t afford to have money in the bank.

Garbage bank. Garbage branch . You need to wait on a very long line if you need to make a withdrawal of more than five hundred dollars. It is a bank from 1500 !

Very incompetent, this is the first citizen’s bank out of many that I’ve had a problem with. I wanted to withdraw from my CD account and they all didn’t know what to do and acted like chickens with their head cut off. They need to properly train employees. Can’t just let anyone off the street become a “banker.” This is supposed to be a skilled job. The women here had no idea what they were doing. Very disappointing

Went there several years ago to create a joint account. Gave all the required documents. When a situation came up and the other party needed to access the account was told it was not a joint account. Very incompetent!!!!!
