Just had a very weird phone consultation with this office. The person I had the appointment with was rude and obviously was not interested in having the consult. After 5 minutes she told me she had other clients in her office and to just Google IRS scheduled fees. Strange and unpleasant experience. Not recommended:(

Do NOT get your taxes filed here!!! They filed my taxes completely incorrectly and sent me away when I asked for help. I've been in a battle with the government for months because of them. I now owe thousands of dollars and have to refile. This is my first experience paying money to get my taxes done professionally and it's one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Do not file here, do not let anyone you know file here.

I enjoyed working with the people there to organize my tax returns. I typically use Turbotax but this year I had some questions around my tax returns due to my marriage and this was sorted out easily with the H&R Block representatives. They gave me confidence in sorting out something I needed to do with the IRS, giving me very clear instructions.
