Do not come here to get your taxes done. Denise filed my taxes completely wrong this past March. Upon reviewing, she said I owed $2k. I mentioned this sounded off, and she said confidently "I've been doing this for over 10 years I know what I'm doing." I let her file it but still felt something was off so I had my friend check it the next day; my friend isn't even a tax professional and caught the error immediately. After hours on the phone with IRS to try to get them to stop the incorrect payment, Denise then filed an amended return for me. After talking to Denise about this issue - she did not apologize once. I also mentioned I wanted a refund for the $300 I paid to do my taxes and she said we'll see if it's processed after tax season ends. Four calls to HR block corporate and two months later, I finally got the $300 fee refuned. Fast foward another 3 months , I then learn that Denise also filed the amended return INCORRECTLY. I had to go back to another H&R block to get the amended return fixed and because the original incorrect return was accepted by the IRS - the IRS now incorrectly thinks I owe $2K still. Still working with the IRS to figure out this mess that was starteD.

Showed up on time for a consultation with my pregnant wife. They made us wait an hour without any explanation. We couldn't even use the bathroom because it was flooded. We left after an hour of no one speaking to us. Go somewhere else if you're hoping to be treated with respect.

Beware!!! Do NOT go to this service! Had a consult with Leslie Blair hoping to get a difficult situation handled regarding my return. Not only was this consultant inept and took way more of my time than necessary, he misinformed me upon doing my return regarding the date I wished to pay back what I owed. I directly asked this person if the date was arbitrary and he said yes. If you call the IRD directly and set up a payment plan, they will not take the funds from your account. Because let's be real, y'all? I owe the IRS the equivalent to two months rent! Pulling it out all at once would be financial disaster. I left the office assured this would be the case and set up my payment plan immediately after. Date wasn't arbitrary. I am now negative two months rent in my bank account due to misinformation from this FRAUD of a consultant and the IRS (when I called) confirmed I had a payment plan set up AND an extension! So why the F did they empty my bank account prematurely?! And when I called this charlatan to ask for recourse, all he can do is simper and entreat me to call the IRS AGAIN! Do not go here unless you wanna pay upwards of $150 to have your taxes ruined! I have no idea how I am going to pay my rent now. STAY. AWAY!

Denise was very professional, and knowledgeable in explaining how the process would go. There was a dual screen, that allowed me to look while she was going through the filing which I appreciate greatly for transparency. The process was a breeze and I'm no longer nervous about filing taxes. Thanks again!

I never have any problems and I get the option to drop off and come back later to sign and have everything explained while I take care of other things it works great
