Although the tax prepares are amazing, the girl at the front is not. She chooses who she answers on the phone by looking at the caller ID. I witnessed it myself and heard her say she won’t answer that person.. further more I did call to ask a question but no answer ,now I see why.. please hire professionals only .. not a gossip queen
