Place is awful. They misplaced my father’s paperwork and didn’t return my calls until I threatened to complain to corporate. Then they tell me to come in and they have me waiting for an hour and put someone before me. I left and told them I’m done with them. Go someplace else, trust me.

This location has called me FIVE TIMES in the past week to let me know they are open for tax filing services. I already picked up their call once and I'm just being spammed at this point. Put me off from using them again. Get your office organized and please stop calling me!!!
