Horrendous. I've been locked out of my account (even though I know the password) for weeks. My return is ready to be submitted, they have access to it and won't submit it. Two weeks until the Federal deadline and they are doing NOTHING to help me. They acknowledge it's a bug on their end, but do nothing to resolve it. Instead keep me on the phone for hours. Terrible company, will never use them again.

I've been coming here for about 8 years or so. It's not very lively in here. Although, the person at the front will always be gracious with you. I've had the same person for the past six or seven years; she isn't very personable, but that's fine, I'm just coming to get my taxes handled. It's usually an easy and quick process, but every year the fees seem to grow tremendously. You would think they would want to keep a repeat customer, but all of their efforts seem to be for new customers. I've had an issue the last two years, and now I'm contemplating going elsewhere.
