Save your money this tax season both paying for services and in return. This place is horrible for tax returns, we paid the premium package or the “full package” but was a scam. They were supposed to help us when the IRS reached out but never did and had to do it on our own. On top of that the next year we had to fix the issue with a different tax place located in a back alley(just exaggeration) who helped fix the issue with better pricing and more knowledge than these people!

They rude condescending. I told that they could not use URS 4506 t to download my tax transcripts. He insisted that I had to request them ny mail. He totally ignored I redbthe fact that Ibyold hom that I made more than 18 requests my mail and did not receive them. The correct form plainly states that through it I give them pe r mission to fownloadmy tax trans ropts first h r purpose of form for filing my taxesThe woman I spoke to TY here last weekday said she would charge $200 per tax year: $200× (2017 20182919 2020 2021 2022) total over $1200.How many clients bringing in $1200 hasHe tossed out practically kicked out to the side walk?

I’m never ever going to file tax with H&R again because this company doesn’t know how to treat their clients. I’ve been filing with H&R Block since 2017 but with the Flatbush Junction location since 2019. I had so much problem with filing my taxes. My tax preparer gave me so much problems this year. I had a headache dealing with this company. There are especially two tax preparer Serge and Joy who are the worst. I no longer want to file my taxes again.

My experience with the accountant, JOY, was incredible. As a young person I do a lot of things on my own and don't always ask the right questions. However she was extremely helpful and gave me all the appropriate information that I would be seeking in future time and in real time to understand why I got the refund that I did.

I've been going to this location for several years now and I'm happy to have found this location. The people there are friendly and polite. Serge the person that does my taxes is very patient and knowledgeable. Whenever I go there I don't feel as though I'm being rushed out and I never had any issues filing my taxes there.

Please guys avoid this place they are careless bad customer service, they don’t really care about customers they only care about money. SERGE PIERRE LOUIS is the worst employee over there he had all my paperwork from last year and didn’t do my tax while I’m overseas.
