DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They did my taxes wrong, the people that work here are not real professionals. lack of knowledge with state and federal laws so don’t waste your time or money please.

0 stars if possible. This review is for a friend of mine who's English is limited. After dropping off their taxes in late March and being assured they would be contacted when their taxes were filed in a few days their nightmare began. After several calls and even an in person visit on April 18 her taxes were still not complete or filed. Rushing back to the location before closing she was basically held hostage and scammed out of $335.00 for a simple return which should have cost about $150.00. This place will be investigated by H&R Block corporate and hopefully the staff and the manager relieved of their jobs that they seem to be incapable of doing anyway. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS.

I have been using H&R Block Services for many years. However last year was not a great experience. I advised them of a situation regarding my taxes and expected a return phone call. Never received the return phone call which was unusual and I ended up owing via notification of the IRS of owing additional monies that may have been avoided if I was given the return phone call. I guess their business is booming so I had to get the bad end of the stick while the new customers were a priority.

Everything was explained thoroughly and personably. Our agent took the time to explain what was needed and why it was needed. He seemed both confident in his handling of our assets and reassuringly good humored. He made a meeting that I thought would be hurried and confusing into a pleasant experience.
