I thought this h\\u0026r block was good until this year ms Matos has a nasty attitude over the phone it's been pass my 21 days of filing and I haven't even received my state and they said I just have to wait never again will I file with h\\u0026r block

I aways come to thia location to get my taxes done with Melissa. My whole family has always had Melissa as our tax accountant. They staff here is always friendly and always sends reminders on when our appointment is. Melissa arrives a little later than the appointment time but always sends a courtesy call to let us know when she will arrive.

I have been doing my taxes with H&R block since i was a teen and I have always had a great experience. But my tax preparer Claudina Matos has been my great help for the last 6 years. She is amazing, calming and very professional. She finds the best way to make you understand the good and the bad about your taxes and has always been great. I value her professionalism and friendly demeanor
