It is NOT due to the exemplary customer service that I've received, it's H&R Block's fees after the submit button is pressed. The little consideration given to returning customers does not make me want to return next year.

I believe that there should be reasonable prices whether you have an independent or not you would like to see the money that you made over the year and not pay H&R Block or anyting else half of the money you made so if you can maybe do some changes one will be about the price of what we pay to y'all and maybe a reasonable discount because like I said we will want to see the money that we made not the money that we have to keep giving you just to get our taxes back for a little bit amount otherwise in H&R Block is it good business and I wouldn't mind recommend it to anyone also maybe try to get some deals change the prices coupons something people want to see more of their money not with a o other people
