Voneeda Black’s customer service is unmatched. I am a new mom who is trying to become financially literate. She was empathetic and took her time to explain every document presented to me. She was open about any fees and made me feel more educated about my return. Truly great experience.

Yvonne Amos is terribly rude if she was not already in the middle of doing my taxes I would have gotten up and left. I expressed that I didn’t understand something and she said “Yeah you don’t understand” and tried to make me feel d**** Who says that to a customers face? Also she asks me a question and I answered her with one sentence and she said “It’s a yes or no question when I ask a question I don’t need you to say anything else but yes or no”.She didn’t ask me any questions about credits or deductions she just typed in the information from my W2s. I could have done that myself on Turbotax LOL. She definitely did not even try a little bit to get me a “maximum refund”. Terrible experience overall.Also she was late but I would be fine with that if she wasn’t so miserable.*I called H&R Block Customer Service / Support and they were very helpful.
