First time and last time I do business with them. First off I called to get a price range and also I informed them of what I was bringing in and what type of taxes I needed to file, I was told it wouldn’t be more than set amount but they ended up charging far more than what I was first told over the phone, second the rep that they assigned me was not helpful at all and unprofessional and was not knowledgeable when it came to the documents I provided to him this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional never again

I can not thank Jovita Rendon and all the team at the 663 Grand St office in Brooklyn enough! I was in a very stressful situation and their help was beyond, not only professional and quick but also very supportive. Jovita made sure to explain things I was not aware before, and checked all the possible ways that I could file to lower what I owed and for the maximum return. She really worked with me and understood where I was coming from, making the process humane, respectful and emphatic. Very fast also, I walked in and was taken care of right away. Jovita and H&R for life! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!
