They are racist and I had a party for my daughter and they rushed us out even though we paid full price. Horrible services

What a fun place for kids! Came here on a Saturday morning with my niece and nephew. I thought the price was pretty reasonable given that there was face painting and a magic show! Children under 2 are free but if a child is 2 they are $25. The magic show was great! It was niece's first time seeing a magic show and she loved it! Magical Matt was entertaining to the children and adults! Saturday morning was glorious; there were very few people there. My niece and nephew had a ball. I'd say 1 and a half to 2 hours is enough time for them. There are concessions there if you get hungry or thirsty. House is fun lives up to its name of being fun!

For one, I never write reviews but my experience at the House of Fun has been weighing heavy on me. I used to bring my kid here but I will not be coming back. The managers, especially Sonya, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She screamed at me and asked if my child had special needs???She speaks to customers AND her employees so badly and it's very off putting. I've been coming here since June, and the staff come in and out like a revolving door. They over charge for food that is cold and disgusting. This place isn't an environment where I feel my child is safe to play and have a great time.

In case your kids are below 5 yo this place is not for them.First they charged us $48 for 2 adults and one 3 yo girl(super expensive). Why adults need to pay?Second after getting in I was very surprised to discover that most of the facilities are for kids over 5yo which caused us a lot of headache since our daughter wanted to use some of the facilities and she couldn't and caused endless crying. Wont be going back. there are better places out there!

Unfortunately it was tediously boring for my 1 yo and my 3 year olds were only mildly interested. Equipment consists of a couple of slides and some climbing apparatus, and some toys for toddlers. The manager/cleaning guy would just start cleaning and spraying on tables while we are eating. Telling us that our party is over. It wasn't even our party. We just sat to have a snack. Literally 5 mins. So rude and impolite. I feel like there are other things in this area to do with children so have a look around.!

The House of Fun is a great way to breathe new life into the former Kings Highway location of the New York Sports Club gym.As soon as my son and I walked in, we were met with friendly, smiling faces and lots of energy. I got excited lol even though he was the one who would have all of the fun.The House of Fun is huge, which is perfect for the seven bouncy houses, ball pit, magic show, and face painting. Refreshments are also available but he was not going to slow down long enough to refuel or rehydrate. Bonus points for the beautiful, comfy, colorful couches for parents to relax and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. All of this fun is available for a family-friendly admission fee of $10 for adults and $25 for kids.I wished there was an adult version of this place to let our inner child loose. Love it!

The place is large and super crowded. It has nice attractions for kids. The only problem is that someOlder kids allowed together with younger kids. Some of the older kids are too big and could fall or push younger kids. I would feel more
