Good location in downtown Brooklyn. But bit of a haul to subways and busses not close. Easy to get to BAM, Barclays, china town, midtown. Just five blocks to Junior’s cheesecake, Dekalb food hall.
My second stay here in five years. Rooms larger than midtown and quite affordable. Always crowded, lots of international tourists. Took AirTran from JFK then MTA all for under $10.”

“Booked a night here for a work trip/meeting through Hyatt & MMS partnership and it did not disappoint. They honored Globalist room upgrade and had an awesome staff from front desk (Robin especially) to the rest. Really cool building in a great area. I’m always staying in Manhattan when I come to NYC for work, which is pretty frequent, so it’s nice to change it up. There were croissant cookie type things from their bakery in my room, too, which were too good not to eat, unfortunately. Walking distance to Paolina Falafel & L’Industrie Pizza, both highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again will probably become one of my regular places I stay in NYC as long as they’re partnered with Hyatt.”

“My stay at the Pointe Plaza Hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The location is great, in a quiet area but still close to public transportation, so getting around the city was easy. The hotel also had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Highly recommend it for a pleasant and convenient stay in Brooklyn!”

“Labor Day weekend I stayed at the Even Hotel in Brooklyn and we loved it. Great location and it was clean and simplistic(which I love). Also had workout equipment in the room !
Want to commend both Monique and Tiffany at check in who were the sweetest and offered us a lot of assistance and information regarding getting around Brooklyn. Used to live in Brooklyn and plan to return in the spring and I will definitely be staying here again !

“An excellent hotel option if you have access to Fort Hamilton. It is relatively close to JFK Airport and offers a good home base for excursions into Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn. It also has a commissary, PX and Gas Station.”

“I was there this past Monday and Tuesday night because of attending a concert in the area. The location of the hotel compared to the venue of the concert was one of the best parts, it was a 4 minute walk to the venue.

The hotel was super clean, and the front desk staff was super nice. The only bad part of the hotel stay was that it was advertised that we could get room service / food by a certain time. I had called and even went down to the restaurant, and it was not open, and nobody answered the phone. Also, our room had the balcony, and the door lock was not working, which made the room super cold Monday night because of the temperature in NY.

Everything else was wonderful and I would stay again if I have a concert near that location again.”

“We’ve stayed at Arlo Williamsburg 4–5 times now, and they never let us down. It is literally my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is consistently amazing warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

This stay was extra special because we were there on our honeymoon, and we stayed in a suite. The views of Manhattan are absolutely incredible. Lying in bed or sitting on the couch, looking out at the New York City skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, is pure magic.

The bathroom is next level: a spacious shower with dual shower heads and a separate claw-foot tub both overlooking Manhattan. My bride loved soaking in the tub, sipping the champagne the hotel surprised us with for our honeymoon, while taking in that unforgettable skyline view.

To top it all off, the hotel left us a handwritten welcome card congratulating us on our wedding, along with a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries. That level of care and attention truly sets Arlo Williamsburg apart.

This hotel goes above and beyond every single time, and that’s exactly why we keep coming back. We absolutely love it here and can’t wait for our next stay.”

“The room was great, the housekeeping services were above and beyond, the breakfast was amazing, but the staff were the absolute best part of staying here. They were all so sweet and kind. Especially the woman who regularly maintains the breakfast area. I wish I got her name, she was so friendly and when my hands were full bringing up food for my kids, she handed me a tray and told me to take it up to the room. Such a sweet lady. I wish I had the chance to say bye to her when we left! The staff are just amazing.”

“My sister has stayed here close to a million times and recommended it to me. Decided to finally book for my 1 year anniversary/ my boyfriend's birthday. After reading these Yelp reviews, I was a little apprehensive but ultimately there were no issues! Booking through Expedia allowed me to get a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival. The room was larger than I anticipated, and larger than the rooms at nearby hotels. Everything was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the views from the balcony were outstanding. “I heard a lot of negative issues with this hotel coming from the locals but when we were there for 5 days. nothing they said were true. I have nothing to complain with. I mean the rooms were so nice and clean(hope they continue not only vacum the carpet but thoroughly clean it too). “Great location very close to the subway. Affordable; NYC is never inexpensive so we found this hotel to be a good value. Very friendly staff; offered free baggage storage but they were able to check us in early. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Our room was on the first floor overlooking a parking lot and was quiet at night. Continental breakfast offerings were good. We loved being in Brooklyn's Chinatown and will stay here again.

Walkability: Just a block off of busy Brooklyn Chinatown and the subway is just around the corner.”

“First time in a Pod Hotel, will return here often. Great location, staff and run very nice. Had everything needed for a last minute booking. Comfortable bed, AC worked well. I even enjoyed the shower, which is like an RV/Boat shower utilizing the toilet area. Smart design, overall I would recommend this to my family and friends.”

when you go with the free breakfast, you still end up paying some fees and taxes, depending on how much you ordered. i think thats kind of weird.

“Hidden Gem, I am typically here for work and they treat me very well. Parking garage right next door. Rooms come with a fridge and it’s a microwave downstairs to heat your food up. They remember my face when I come and that type of customer service will make me keep coming.”

“Very close to Metro 9th Avenue, beds very comfortable, rooms well equipped. Just keep in mind that if, for example, you are planning a day trip to Washington and want to leave your suitcases in the hotel for one night, you have to pick them up again the next day until the evening because the receptionist doesn't have the key. We had to wait until the next day for our suitcases. No problem for us as we stayed there in another room for another three days.”

“I stayed at Brooklyn Way for the first time Aug 2018 along with my brother who had 2 rooms when we were having the funeral for our Dad. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. The staff was professional and accommodating and the Manager Shack went out of his way to be helpful. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and modern, the warm breakfast hit the spot (even for my athletic nephews), the location is convenient with the train and stores nearby. The only problem I had was extending my stay. The hotel was booked up!! I recommend Brooklyn Way!I stayed at Brooklyn Way for the first time Aug 2018 along with my brother who had 2 rooms when we were having the funeral for our Dad. “Actually very decent hotel, Ive had to go to NY on short notice a couple of times sometimes i had to book for my stay while in NY, so Ive had my share of experience with ugly places but this one was clean enough, the rooms all look nice and neat. For a quick visit I will definitely be coming back.”

“Honestly for the price this place is perfect. Don’t expect a holiday inn or any mid/high end hotel because you’re not paying for one here. The location is so close to all the joys of Cobble Hill and other great neighborhoods but it is admittedly in a slightly unexpected sort of industrial area. Clean rooms, nice people. I’ve lived in nyc for 7+ years and have used this spot for various reasons and no problems whatsoever - it’s even within delivery radius of most my favorite restaurants. For all those claiming it’s in an unsafe area, a better city for them to visit would be Milwaukee or maybe Cleveland. If yall want a top tier hotel experience with great views and some version of what you’ve seen in movies, pay those ($350+/night) hotel prices ✌️”

“It is a good motel, it was comfortable to spend a few hours or a night, but the prices are going up more and more. Around june-august was $65.00us per 4hrs now is $85.00us for 3hrs. March 19, 2022. They rooms are good, they have nice lighst and the temperature is nice too. They have parking lot also. And sodas and snacks machines.”
