wow hook & go are amazing. i did not think i would have my battery started from start calling to finish car on so quick. it was less than 30 min. def call them!!! so nice too!

Kind helpful service, very quick to get us a tow and called tire company for us to ensure they would stay open to fix our flat. No attitude / answered all my questions when I called back multiple times. Thanks again! Will call this place again if we ever need service to tow.

Awesome service. I was stuck on the side of the road, they showed up in just a short time and got my car safely to the auto shop. Hopefully I never need to call them again, but in the event I do…. I def will !!

They charge me $600 for a 20min drop they are too expensive and they didn’t want to take us with our car we had to take a Uber home

I contacted this company to get my car out of a pound. Johnny showed up promptly (much quicker than AAA) and with the proper licenses to gain access to the car. He was careful not to damage my car in the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make what was an extremely stressful situation a lot smoother. If I ever need a tow going forward I will not use another company. Thank you so much Johnny!!

"Reliable and Professional" I can't recommend these guys enough! My car was dead because of major engine issues and I needed a tow after waiting for another towing company that my insurance company contracted but never showed up. My insurance company then gave me these gentlemen's number and immediately someone picked up. I told them I was given their number from USAA as a trusted towing company and they immediately took my details and gave me an eta of 10 mins and actually showed up in 6! The drivers connected my vehicle in minutes and we were off to the location. Their pricing was honest , upfront and fair. In the future I will call them directly first , since most auto insurance will reimburse if its one of their trusted partners like this company. If you need a reliable tow with predictable and direct arrival time call these dudes!!

Called early on a Monday morning desperate for a tow. Ramon answered and was so nice and encouraging - he was able to send a truck in 10 minutes and it was so easy to do a quick and simple - and SO REASONABLE - Zelle payment. Put Hook & Go in your contacts for the next time your car dies. They are the best. Thanks!

The worst towing ever even tho I call them like 6 time and they pick up at the 6th call tell me they will be here with in 45 min I waited an hour and call them back 5 time no one pick up
