I Actually Came Here When Sam First Opened… He Was Very Friendly And Knowledgeable…I Of Course, Only Knew I Needed To Change My Lock On My Door…. In 5 Years,I Have Purchased Multiple Items. I Rarely See Sam.The Employees Are Skillful.I’m Going Here Today For A Decent Padlock. Everyone Says To Go To Home Depot On Nostrand For Better Prices. I Will Be @Home Value Hardware When They Open.I Purchased What I Needed.Sam Wasn’t There. I Was Told By The Nice Guy Who Helped Me,That Sam Opened A New Store Across Town.Andy Was So Helpful. I’ll Be Back.

Stopped at this hardware store for the first time. I needed wall anchors and drill bits (things I know nothing about) and Solomon was AMAZING and patient at helping me. I jokingly also asked if I could use Gorilla glue to fix my cars side view mirror and he offered to help me temporarily fix it (with Gorilla tape instead lol). I think this will be my go-to hardware store going forward. THANK YOU Solomon!!!

This place is a great local spot for most hardware needs. Pretty decent prices and really helpful with questions. Solomon is almost always there and he knows his stuff.

UPDATED REVIEW! I didn't have a great first experience when calling this store, but the store owner reached out soon after (he wasn't who I spoke to the first time) to apologize and follow up on what I was looking for. That's never happened to me before, so I really appreciated it. I had already found what I was looking for at a different store by the time he reached out, but given the outreach and time he took to address my experience, I look forward to giving this local sore a visit in the future since they're right in my neighborhood!
