I also recommend calling them before going to ask if they have what you’re looking for just to save you a trip. But if you’re just browsing and not sure what you want, definitely check it out.”

Easily the most inclusive wargming community (e.g.: Warhammer 40k, Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, and Battletech) in NYC, and home to some of the best 40k regular tournaments and leagues in the tri-state area. “It’s a dime in a dozen to find a unique shop like this in New York. It truly is wonderful that there are beautiful shops like this one dedicated to crafts like knitting and sewing. I was in complete awe when I entered this shop. Everything was so beautiful! I loved all the rainbow of colors of the fabrics and yarn. I loved there was wall to wall of yarn in so many vibrant colors. I spent a lot of time looking at the fabrics and their beautiful colors and patterns. I was imagining all the projects I can for my home using all those fabrics. I loved that the shop had cute items for home decor. The shop even had all the tools needed for sewing and knitting. From scissors to thread to measuring tape. I also spent a lot of time looking at the sewing books and project books the shop carries. The shop offers all kinds of sewing and knitting classes. The best thing about this shop is that everything is excellent quality. Everyone should visit this shop.”

“Staff was very nice. I had a very complicated question about their (cricut style) adhesive vinyl. I needed to know what it was made out of and if it was safe for my child.
I had a woman really take her time trying to help me. She called several people including the manager to see if she could provide an answer for me. They couldn't really answer my questions but I still have to say they did a terrific job.
It was a little hard to find pricing on somethings. Some areas of the store seemed a little out of order. But in arts and crafts stores like these you always run into these types of issues.”

“Their space is cramped with boxes of their supply, but that means they're pretty well stocked. They could stand with modernizing themselves a bit but they're still a very reliable place to get pretty much anything card based you'd ever need. They do singles, but you have to order ahead of time online! My suggestion is know what you want ahead of time.”
