My wife and I have been going to H&M for quite some time so has our kids and somewhat of a grandkids. But lately when we've gone in shopping for the newest grandchild they have a variety but it's not to all liking. Other than that it's a decent sort of store the folks they are great. If you shop around and you look around you can save a little bit of money. A lot of the stuff you can get online but if you want to shopping experience on how do you recommend you come to h&m. management needs to be more organized. There are practically no cashiers on the first floor, and none on the second. I don’t think standing for 30-45 minutes at the checkout counters will be the best experience for shoppers.

I went running to shop quick since I knew they’d be closing soon but I checked time to make sure I go in before it closes which is was literally 40 min before closing when I first approached (mall was closing at 7/8pm that day don’t really remember but I knew I had enough time) and the security nicely told us we couldnt go in so I asked him if i could speak to someone or a manager because there was still plenty of people browsing and I still had 30-40 min to shop. the man who was apparently the manager told us no we couldn’t come in that they closed already and that the registers where closed too.. yet no one was at the register. But ppl waiting online to pay but a lot of people browsing. I was so mad but I was going to walk away till I saw him let this couple go in and so I walked back n told him that was unfair n I still had time to shop quick since I knew what I needed. The man told me extremely nasty and aggressively that he wasn’t going to fight with me about trying to shop and told me to hurry up n I just better be done by the time they close. mind you there legit ppl browsing around not even walking to the register. TERRIBLEThe store is a hot must very unorganized and things everywhere.

This store is a joke. Cashiers talking to each other all the time & singing along to the music playing in the store at the top of their lungs while ignoring customers making purchases. Completely unprofessional staff.

This is the second time our family has come to this store in this shopping center and the second time the fitting rooms are closed. When I ask how I can buy an item without trying it on, the store employees shrug their shoulders and do not help to somehow solve this problem. It’s very interesting how the store representatives imagine me wearing jeans and undressing in the common room???? Disgusting service, employees do not want to come to a meeting and solve the problem
