To who asking tips money always young hispanic dude. The way I feel about tips is if somebody does a super job , I give more than anyone. If somebody does a lousy job, I probably give less than anybody . That’s the way I feel about life. You should be rewarded for competence for capability and doing a job .
I am pretty good tipper when somebody is good. I am very lousy tipper when somebody is not good. That’s the way it is.

My tire light kept coming on despite me putting air pressure in it & needed my tires check. The guy helping me had an attitude & looked annoyed with me before he even check the tires….as I try to explain to him the only reason I’m here is because my tire light keeps coming on despite me putting pressure, his already shaking his head, rolling his eyes & walking off. I didn’t even finish explaining to him that my psi went from 45 to 37 in a week , because he just walked off. He came back to check my tire pressure & said everything is normal psi so i don’t know why the light keep coming on & walked off…now, I’m running after him to tried to explain the back we’re 45 & before I could finish, he said go put pressure in the tires across the street at the gas station. Now as a female I’m supper annoyed & uncomfortable because I felt like I was being rushed , ignored & dismissed…. I drive a Mercedes & I’ve read the back tires should be 45 psi & when it’s not 45 is when my light would come on for the back tire and how fast it was also loosing air & i wanted to get the tires check for holes…. But at that point I didn’t even care anymore & just said I will take my business elsewhere as I had better experience at other shops in the past.I am also a black female so I don’t know if the experience would be different if I was white….I won’t be returning & wouldn’t recommend to my love ones..if someone do choose to go, I hope y’all have a better experience than I did.

This place is a life saver. I rated this place sometime ago. They tell you straight and no sales pitch trying to get you this or that. They have been straight forward and honest to me. Definitely my go to mechanic

Took my car over for a diagnostic and was happy to find out that the problem was something minor.
They had the opportunity to charge me more and didn’t. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What boldness what brashness? these guys make you feel like family when you’re there you could say anything you want as long as you’re not rude and a Ballbreaker and get my tires there since my father was young I’m 68 years old got my third set of forteras for the jeep all I could say the experience was nice as the tires across from LMB spumoni Gardens hey that’s the heart of the world you got over there Bravo guys

Unprofessional, arrogant, & rude. Louie threw money at my father, screamed at him in front of his employees, & grabbed his arm all because my father didn't pull his car in front of the shop for his inspection to be done. My father asked one of the employees where he should pull in & was told he can pull in on the side of the shop. DO NOT use Hilna unless you want to be treated like garbage. If there was an option for zero stars I would give it, he does not deserve the one star given.
