I wanted a small arrangement for my husband's birthday and found Hibiscus nearby. I asked her to do something a little different and I think she nailed it. I will definitely return to Hibiscus in the future.

Really disappointing arrangement in comparison to the photos on the website. I ordered the spring mix for Mother’s Day and my mother in law received an arrangement that lacked balance in the flower placement, displeasing proportions in the flowers selected and lacked an aesthetically pleasing color palette. My order very much said “we were busy and did the minimum”.

I live across the country and I've ordered flowers a few times for various occasions from Hibiscus and every time they've been delivered first thing in the morning and it's always been a gorgeous arrangement. This most recent order was pretty disappointing though. I ordered the flowers more than a week prior for a birthday and paid as always to have them locally hand delivered. By 1pm they still hadn't been delivered so I called Hibiscus, and at first they couldn't find my order which meant to me that had I not called, the order probably wouldn't have gone out. I asked if they had an estimate for when the order might be delivered so I didn't have to have my mom sit at home all day waiting. The woman I spoke to frankly wasn't very friendly and wanted to know why I wanted a time estimate at all. Finally she told me they'd be delivered before 5pm and they were at 4:30pm. I only got a quick glance at the flowers over FaceTime because my mom was rushing out the door for dinner (which again is why I wanted an delivery estimate) but in all honestly the arrangement looked fine, not as spectacular as they've looked previously. I just feel that for nearly $100 of flowers, the overall experience I had this time was subpar.

Christa is a true artist!! She was able to take my inspiration photos and create something better than I could have thought of myself! She was very communicative and constantly asked for feedback on flower choices. You can tell she is passionate about her work and the flowers were such a special part of the day. We even used them the next day as a centerpiece for a party!

Easy to miss, I'm glad I didn't. They put together a beautiful arrangement for my wife's birthday in 30 minutes. Stopped in, went and grabbed lunch down the block, and it was done before I was finished eating.

I'm addicted to Hibiscus. Their work is lovely, their service is impeccable, and the flowers last. This morning on Facetime with my daughter, the usual recipient, I spotted her arrangement of blooms in the room behind her, still vibrant after more than a week. This should be everyone's first choice for a Brooklyn florist! Thanks, Christa, you're the best!

My friend in LA ordered flowers for me for my birthday (it may have been through a national chain who fields out work to local companies. The bouquet from Hibiscus arrived on time on Dec 24th and looked pretty, though she said that she ordered all purple, which the bouquet was not. Still, not the end of the world. However, it is now two days later and several of the flowers are dead. Here is what remains alive after two days, by Dec 26. Very disappointed as was my friend who probably paid about $70 for this.

Timely and flexible delivery but for $50, received only a small bouquet of about 8 stems of alstroemeria. Last minute delivery for Valentine’s Day but still a bit disappointing.

Look no further if you want elegant flower arrangements for all occasions. We wanted to support a local florist for our wedding and we are so glad we found Christa! She patiently worked with us to design flowers that worked within our style, color and budget. It was a pleasure to work with her throughout the planning process and was one thing I didn't have to stress about. I would highly recommend!
