Zero stars!! gave it1 star because I couldn't post unless I did...arrived at 1 pm to pick up my rental and was told by the employees its after 1pm and had the gate slammed in my face. This customer service is deplorable and as a Hertz Gold member is unacceptable!!

Shout out to Prince and Kasi for being so sweet and patient and going out of their way to help me. I really hope that this location is able to get more funding and staffing because the people are lovely.

It’s a 50/50 chance they overbooked and don’t have a car, on top of that the service is absolutely one of the worst experiences in the city. Get a Zipcar or go to another rental place. Stay far away from this Hertz.
