Ordered a plant arrangement through For You Flowers that looked “full” of greenery & the arrangement Henry’s Florist sent was so tiny & sparse. I was completely embarrassed at my nephews wake. It looked nothing like the picture that I ordered from. When I called Henry’s he was rude & insulting & refused to make it better. So much for his reputation. I will never recommend or order through them again!

I worked with Steve to order flowers for my daughter's baby shower. I sent him a picture and he got me the exact flowers and gave me great advice on how many stems I would need etc. Great price, great service and beautiful flowers.

Showed them a picture of what I exactly wanted and they gave me the exact opposite, now I have a hideous looking bouquet and had to but another bouquet somewhere else just to combine then into one. They overcharge and the owner doesnt know what he's doing and only cares about money. I highly recommend NOT GOING HERE.

Flowers were delivered and had brown edges already. I contacted the florist right away and was told by Nicholas he would speak to the manager and call me back. I called two hours later and spoke with Peter, the owner, who said Nicholas wasn't there and to send pictures. I did and called Peter to confirm and he said there was nothing wrong with the flowers and hung up. I called back and someone else answered and reiterated there was nothing wrong with the flowers, they were busy and also hung up.

I called Henry’s Florist while driving I 80 in Northeast Nevada, my Wife was visiting NY for her birthday. My wife loved the arrangement and the cake that the flower shop delivered for her. She was extremely happy which as you know if your married I was happy.Kudos and many thanks for your help!!

Saw the succulents outside and decided to pick one up. Was assisted by Lila and since I am new to the area I asked her what restaurants she would suggest to go to and she gave me a nice list while also making a bouquet of Gerbera Daisies that I had asked for. Thank you Lila :)

Ordered a flower + chocolate package for my mother. When she received it, turns out she only got the flowers. I called to ask about why the chocolate wasn't delivered and a very rude man on the phone was saying he messed up an didn't see our order for chocolate but that we "got our money's worth in flowers". I asked him to deliver the chocolate as per our order and he promptly started yelling and hung up on us. To make things even worse, their delivery man had actually demanded my mom for a tip even though I prepaid a tip/delivery fee. This business is a scam. Worst customer service ever

If You decide to go here like I did for a quick arrangement for a birthday… DONT. I called to ask if they had a selection for me to pick flowers and to get an arrangement done as I have never been here before the woman on the phone said yes . I went in with my husband there was no pricing on flowers how much a rose,Lilly etc was. I asked the woman how much are each flowers so I know to make a selection and what I can get for my price range. She was getting annoyed and told me she has buqja is already put together. I told her thank you but that’s ok I would like to make my own. As I was telling her which flowers I wanted and pointed at them and apologized as I don’t know all the names… she’s correcting me in a rude tone. Then she proceeds to ask me are they for someone for a wedding… then as she’s putting them together I tell her can you add more greens and she tells me you don’t want baby breaths ok ok with a nasty attitude. I told her to add some and greens. Then I asked do you have wrapping other than clear she told me what do you want this is what I have I told her I wouldn’t like that one I want on that’s more of like the straw material … she tells me the price is 68$ then somehow when I go to pay it’s 75…. And I don’t say anything my husband gives her the 75 then she goes 10$ more you owe we said no that’s 75 then she said no tax…. When she specifically tells me that cash has no tax… I paid 75 and not a penny more as she was trying to rob me. I would run and if you think this place is good I would go to unique flowers in sheepshead even if you have to drive there. Instead of $5 a rose you get it for 1.50-3.00 …. RUN FROM THIS PLACE
