I don't recommend living here, management is completely negligent. I informed them I was moving out in timely matter back in August of 2022. I gave security my key when I moved out and 3 months later I received letter stating I owed 3 months rent dating back to when I moved out. It took over 3 weeks for me to get in contact with management. When I finally got ahold of the property manager, I made her aware that I was no longer living there and received an invoice for rent for the months that I was gone. She admitted that she remembers me coming in and telling her I was moving. But then went on vacation. She was completely oblivious to the fact that I was gone. She said I would have to pay the rent for the months that I was gone which makes absolutely zero sense. Due to her negligence she was trying to cover up her not doing her job and was sending me statements.

Overpriced, small, no heat, no maintenance to fix anything but wanted to raise rent to almost double after my mom lived there for more than 20 years. High way robbery
