I wanted to get a handful of circular stickers printed. The image required little adjustment but they told me it was “too complex” via email. I moved on and found a different place that did it in a day. They also messaged me on Instagram saying again that this design was “not possible” a few days after they emailed me. They made me feel as if I was making a very unreasonable request and gave me attitude. I said that they didn’t need to continue messaging me. They said “goodbye”… it felt childish.To be fair I needed a quick turnaround which can understandably be hard for some businesses. Still, I found their manner of speaking on the phone and via text to be unprofessional.Also I tried to visit this place in person on a Tuesday afternoon within their hours and they were closed without warning.

Love this place. Always stop by when in New York. Greg and his wife are good people who will get you exactly what you want in no time. My daughter is going to draw something for them to put on a shirt for her. Can’t wait to go see them again. I love my shirt, Greg!

Such great customer service here. I had a very old, weathered photo of my aunt and now deceased cousin that needed touching up and reprinting. Every place I went to said they couldn’t work on it because of the quality of the original photo, except Heavy Print. Not only did the finished product come out great, the owner took time out of his weekend to get it done in time for me to frame it and get to my aunt for her birthday! I really appreciate the quality of work and care that these guys offer to their customers.

Sold us very low quality stickers with almost no adhesive and will not give us a refund. We're offering to return the stickers to them but they will not give us our hundreds of dollars back. These aren't usable for our guerrilla marketing campaign. Was fooled by the high Google Reviews store. Should have read the Yelp reviews
