The store closed earlier than it stated. Website showed it closed at 7pm. I need to pick up my Amazon package and even called a head of time to confirm the store hour and was told closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:55pm and all staffs already out of the door, lights and computer all turned off. One of the staff told me to come back at another time. I need to take bus and transfer to subway to get there and definitely don’t have time to go back to pickup before the deadline. My package need to be returned back to seller. It is frustrating and waste of time.

(Translated by Google) The map shows that the door is closed at 7:00 pm on Sunday, but it turned out to be closed in the rain at 6:10, which is bad luck.(Original)地图显示周日也是晚上七点关门的,结果六点十分冒雨去到吃了闭门羹,晦气

Staff might sound a bit rude and impatient even though I understand the language spoken. Maybe because they are too busy and have to deal with lots of things. This is the pharmacy where I pick up medicine for my dad. Quick and no hassle. Small store. Because of Covid-19, they only allow one customer inside at a time. It's pretty cold waiting outside in the winter.

Come here if you like getting yelled at like a dog. This is my new UPS Access Point, which is unfortunately out of my control. I got yelled at for entering because there were too many people inside. But there's no way to know how many people are inside until you enter. So i waited outside and when I was finally allowed in, I got yelled at all over again. This lady wouldn't even begin looking for my package until she was done screaming at me. Mind you, this whole time I had my young daughter with me. When she finally found my package, she said she couldn't give it to me because it had a different name on it. Two ladies came from the back to help and found my name on the package. I feel like mentally ill people probably shouldn't be allowed to work in a pharmacy...

5 stars for this place, had to give them 5 stars for being really nice with the customers. They even have N95 masks that sell for 25 bucks for 5 masks for 80 bucks! What a bargain, I wouldn't even buy an aspirin from this place they are price gouging and they are only here for a month. I predict they are gone in a month at least. Btw you can buy them around the corner for 25 bucks so good luck.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They charge a fee for dropping off UPS packages, $1 for small packages and more for larger packages. On top of that, they have the worst customer service ever. Especially the woman name Christine (ponytail and glasses), she has an attitude for no reason.

Great place. Been using them for years and years and have always gotten great service. Scripts are filled in five minutes. The staff is great and friendly. Mr. Lee is the head pharmacist and he is the best. He has been very helpful to me on many occasions. He goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Small store but they have just about everything. Mr. Lee will special order for you too. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great location, i use this pharmacy to pick up some of my packages & the service is always very good! They even once waited for me to come back to the store right before they closed to pick up my package since I was running late!

Terrible customer service. I don't have any experience with the pharmacists so I can't comment anything about them as a pharmacy. However, as an UPS access point, they provide the worst service in the neighborhood. The male staff was literally yelling at me while trying to explain something. No apologies when being confronted. Stay away from them if you need to pick up your packages. You don't want them to ruin your day!

I had a UPS ground package that I wanted to ship, but this access point location only accepted return packages. It would be useful if they stated that on the UPS site or on the storefront. Will be contacting UPS and hopefully they can resolve this issue with the merchant.

This is my local UPS Access Point and Pharmacy. As for UPS services, they charge $1 per package and only accept small packages. The retail staff is rude and demeaning. Their pharmacy staff is quick with my prescriptions. However I only go there for their late hours. I prefer Walgreens as they are more transparent with their patients and has better pricing.
