Horrible Customer Service. This whole place needs to be burnt to the ground because it's not worthy of having a business when you treat your customers like trash and talk to is like trash. If you don't like Americans then stay in your own country. Oh that's right you can't get handouts in 3rd world countries. Mewanwhile I gotta driver talkn junk like this trap house and the owner is disgusting smells. Plese tell corporate or I will the BBB real talk do not go here ppl please!!!!!

Horrible customer service place stinks the guy is rude , the trucks are parked 7 blocks away from the location this place just sucks don’t rent or send your items here just go to a regular uhaul location

I try not to go there very often. They’re at times a bit overpriced. It’s a convenient place to pick up a UPS package. But I would wait a day or two after the attempted delivery as I’ve gone there the morning after only for him to say that the package may have been marked as delivered but it wasn’t dropped off. Additionally, I would recommend that you get there after 10:30/11 on days they’re supposed to be open at 10.

Ghetto, rude, & unprofessional. They never answer the phone, store is junky. They close down random times of the day! Unreliable and waste of space.

A couple of weeks ago I had the good fortune to make the acquaintance of this business. I needed to ship a box to Texas for next day delivery via UPS, and the proprietor immediately impressed me with his warmth and professionalism. Even though it was rather late in the day (after 5PM, as I recall), I was assured that it would arrive as promised. The next day I received confirmation that the item had indeed arrived on schedule and in good condition. They are not only true to their word, they are also green: the receipt was texted to me, so there was no need to print out anything. I might also point out that this level of warm neighborhood service and professionalism used to be commonplace; but because it has grown quite scarce in recent years, any business that operates this way as a matter of course earns my 5-star rating.

I rented a moving van on short notice from HDD. I had to return the van past closing and they were very accommodating. The owner stayed after close to wait for me to get back and even helped me find a parking space. One of the better UHaul rental experiences I've had.

A package of mine was delivered by UPS Monday late in the day to this access point. And I just stopped by today and the location is closed. How am I supposed to pick up my package now. I tried calling the number for the business and no answer. Does anyone know when they will be opened and how I can get my package??? I am supposed to pick it up by next week!!! Help!
