Sirens all night too close to the boulevards and the room was not clean.. it was under a sofa in the corner and the window the children before us looked outside with very sloppy fingers

Excellent hotel with phenomenal staff. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Fresh hot coffee available all day, breakfast was very good. The in house restaurant is very good, I had the salad with grilled chicken. And best of all the gym is great, dumbells up to 75lbs! Awesome stay.

Everything was in order. Breakfast buffet, while typically crowded, was better than many HI's.

Kaya at the House Bar is amazing. Extremely professional, extremely kind and a wonderful woman.
She is a premiere example of Hilton Experience. As a Gold Hilton member, she is a exactly the kind of person I want to work with. Honest, sweet and helpful. You have a phenomenal hotel and staff here. I hope that doesn't change, and if not, I'll be back for sure!
Nearby activities: We're in the middle of NYC, there is tons to do!!!
Safety: Felt extremely safe. All things needed were very close by, too.
Walkability: Very walkable. Everything is write that.
Food & drinks: Great drinks and great food!

"I was attended by a young lady named Diana, who told me that I had the best view from my room, but I felt deceived; room 1111 had nothing of the sort. She spoke to me in English, even though she knew I didn’t speak the language and she spoke Spanish. The rooms were very small for accommodating two double beds, and the blankets were frayed. The coffee at breakfast tasted strongly of the coffee pot or thermos. The hotel staff could be more friendly. The only employee at the front desk who treated me with kindness, respect, and charisma was Jaddi—thanks to her for the good service."

Very good location. Metro stations, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Friendly staff.
The room was definitely too small for 3 people, so it was more suitable for 2 people.
Unfortunately, the room cleaning was more than superficial.
There is a refrigerator in the room. We were really happy about that.
Good soundproofing. When the window is closed, the street noise stays outside.
We weren't impressed with the breakfast. The quality left a lot to be desired. Only the fresh fruit salad was good.
It is well known that in the USA everything is packaged, eaten on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery. Unfortunately, this is how it is handled here.

Oscar was great Jessica was nice and accommodating ! Only thing is when we asked for cleaning or things needed for the room, they come 3 outta 5 times. But we still love the rooftop views ?

We had a wonderful time.
The staff were super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was typical American, but we really enjoyed it. The staff at breakfast were very diligent and everything was refilled immediately. The location was perfect for us. Everything was within walking distance. We miss the great time and would definitely come back. Many thanks for the wonderful time.
Rooms: Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es wurden fast täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, Müll geleert und die Toilette sauber gemacht.
Nearby activities: Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridge sowie Dumbo fußläufig erreichbar.
Dekalb Food Markt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Tankstelle fast nebenan.
Safety: Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und überall war eine grosse Polizeipräsenz.
Walkability: Subway sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt.
Food & drinks: Uns hat es geschmeckt und das Personal war sehr bemüht. Täglich frisches Obst.
Noteworthy details: Ich kann dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very clean rooms as well as the bathrooms. Hearty and varied breakfast. Top notch staff. Very pleasantly surprised by the calm of the place.
Rooms: Very clean and functional. Top sanitary facilities.
Nearby activities: Crossing the nearby Brookling Bridge on foot.
Walkability: Easy access and parking to drop off luggage.
Food & drinks: Quality and quantity dishes.

(every day was a different menu)
(15 minutes walking to the Brooklyn bridge and 10-15 minutes walking to the metro station).
All the employees were really polite and helpful.
Something to highlight: even when my family doesn’t speak English the employees tried to help using google translate.
Notes: Just the cleaning room wasn’t that we expected, we didn’t have toilet paper and soap after cleaning. Out of that I would return to this hotel.
My family had a great time in this hotel and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Convenient to downtown. Subway is accessible. Service is great. Very good complimentary breakfast. The restaurant is nice too but only opened late afternoon and evenings.
Nearby activities: Citypoint Escape room, shopping, Alamo theater and great food. Fulton Street shopping, Brooklyn Bridge get ice cream and pizza. Brooklyn promenade. Nice walk and great pictures.
Walkability: Plenty of sidewalks

These folk go out of their way to be helpful. For a bog-standard inn, it’s clean, cosy, quiet and a pleasure to stay at. Recommended unreservedly.
