negative star if I could. Update. My car gave out on me with my 3 kids in PA after taking them to dorney park. The car started jerking and then break gave out. The car started rolling backwards and we rolled backwards into a ditch and almost flipped. My kids were screaming I'm screaming help and I went into shock. They sold me a car with a bad transmission and alternator. As well as an illegal pipe replacing the catalytic converter that I made them replace earlier on. The car wasn't supposed to pass inspection in the first place. My car showed issues shortly after having it. They didn't want any responsibility over selling me a lemon vehicle. It's sad that money mattered more then human life because the bad car they sold me could of took me and my kids life!!! It's sad that these people go to bed comfortably at night after lying and robbing people all day who work hard to be able to provide themselves and their families a car. People walking out with cars and smiles trusting that they can have a reliable vehicle. How evil! The struggle to survive in nyc is already hard and then u got people like THIS just to add insult to injury. But Their day will come. Y'all got families to and Karma doesnt care who it comes for..... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Report to attorney generals office and BBB. If anyone had any similar experiences please contact me. Action needs to be taken against these people ...let's shut them down

El peor lugar para comprar un vehículo usado. Te entregan un vehículo con problemas, te dicen que tienes un mes de garantía para reparar cualquier problema, pero cuando llevas el vehículo, duran dos semanas con el vehículo y no lo reparan. Entonces te mantienes yendo a ese negocio y nunca reparan nada. Solo quieren que pasen los 30 días de garantía para no hacerse responsables de nada. He gastado más de 5k dólares en reparaciones y apenas llevo un año con el vehículo.

Purchased a vehicle here over a year ago. I was told by multiple people the car was in decent condition without too much damage. They had improperly installed the rotor, causing warping and damage. Additionally, the entire undercarriage was rusted. Within a year the muffler fell out.These guys are dishonest and poor mechanics, beware.

Bought my first car here and it was an all-around great experience. I was able to get help financing + warranty on my 2011 Jeep Compass would have gotten it done within a few hours had I not had to go work but thanks to Joseph and the team for an honest and fair deal.

Do not trust this company to buy your car. We had a deal on a car with Salesmen Joseph Battaglia financed at 3.99% interest on July 3rd. We asked Joseph when we could come and sign the deal and pick up the car and he told us to come on July 6th. We traveled from NJ to their office in Brooklyn on July 6th. When we arrived, Joseph told us that the financing interest rate was now 8% if we wanted to buy the car. I asked him to honor his deal for the 3.99% and he did not. He said that the interest rates changed on July 1st, but he did not inform me of this when the deal was agreed upon on July 3rd. This company is not to be trusted to keep their word on an agreement.

Went over there from the Bronx two weeks ago to check two specific cars, spoke to Joseph and David about it...they never got back to me and I filled out the application and sent Joseph my pay stub. I texted also, and still no answer. So I went to someone else. I needed a car asap and these two want to waste my time.

Worst dealership ever!!! They tell you anything to get your money and the cars look good but are crap! If you don't know better they will charge you a extra 1500 service fee and when you fuss about it they will tell you it's for warranty even if warranty is already tacked on ur payment the cars are 2k more than advertised they tried to steal an extra 4500 from me avoid them at all cost. I also know for a fact he had his employees write any good reviews you see. Zack is racist and the employees are all off the books this place needs to be closed down

A $2,000 down payment was not included in the "Total Price". Who prices a vehicle like that? Totally stupid and ridiculous.

I absolutely love this company. Ahmed is thorough, honest and gives great customer service. I highly recommend using this company if you dont want to be jerked around or over priced.

Fair prices for used cars. My sales guy, Teddy was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars. Made me feel comfortable purchasing my car, let me take my time deciding.

I just called this dealership for a job they posted on Craigslist, and the woman who picked up the phone tells me the owner doesn't HIRE WOMEN FOR SALES??? From the ratings shown online, their men don't seem to know wtf they're doing either. That is straight up ILLEGAL!!! Let me say that again. ILLEGAL, imagine what else they do.

If you really want to buy a good car. Don't come to this place. It's really sketchy and unless you file a formal complaint, they won't do anything to help you after you bought the car. Not even with the "30 day warranty" they offer. Be ready to pay at least $3k more than the price advertised. If you live nearby, good for you but if you don't. Don't expect the car to be given to you the same day you pay. They're going to make you wait HOURS to finally tell you to come back tomorrow. I bought a 2012 Chevy Captiva. Car was a nightmare. It didn't have gas and it wasn't even clean. It was pretty cheap. About $3k and something advertised and when it came to pay for it, it came around $6k and change. It had the engine light on. They promised to fix it but the day they finally gave it to us, after driving from Brooklyn to Queens, engine light came on again. They promised to fix it and asked us to take it for a quick fix (because supposedly it was only something small). They took 2 hours and when they gave it back, the same old story. Engine light came back on after driving for like 20 mins back home. I took it to several trusted mechanics and they all said it was a bad car and to return it. We asked them if that could be possible or maybe if they could fix the engine. Well, they clearly said "That's not under your warranty, ma'am". I was pissed. We filed a complaint and found out they did something wrong with inspection. The DMV gave them the opportunity to fix it, we took it back and after two weeks, they returned it. By the way, they demanded to tell them what was wrong and if it was only one thing to fix. I'm not a mechanic but they still wanted to know as if they didn't know. After the two weeks passed and we got it back, everything seemed fine for the first 2 days. Then again, ENGINE LIGHT ON!. It was too much. The DMV contacted us and visited to check the car by themselves. They gave them a warning asked them to give us our money back. If it wasn't for the DMV, we would've been lost and would've spent a lot of money. During this whole process we only talked to two people. Mr. Perera and Jimmy (head mechanic). Manager was OUT OF REACH!. They're so UNPROFESSIONAL.
