I went here before. The pictures online may decieve you, since I was scared to go here due to the pictures online. When I actually went, my hair was so neat and the curls are the end of the braids looked neat and alive. They also do longer hair for cheaper than the other place I went to. My hair was medium (small to me) knot less braids down to my waist for $150, though the other braiding salon I went to have me thin ends and gave medium (small to me) BOX braids down to my mid back for like 200. I was so happy with the results that this place gave me. This place could definitely become a go-to braiding salon. It took them 5 hours to do my hair, which is short since I came at around 5:30. When I got my hair braided at the other salon, my hair took from 1-8.

Rude rude rude from the moment I walked in it seemed like I was a A bother to them, even though I was the only customer for the entire day. I was told the hairstyle I wanted was “too much work” . I asked for mid back length and ended up with Hair all the way to my butt, which made it way too long and uncomfortable. I’m taking down the style and the braids are ridiculous. I’ve never had so many knots in my hair braid take down.

Been getting my braids done by them for years now and everytime I take my braids out everyone says my hair grew I can keep my braids in for weeks or months and it always grows so beautifully I also get great customer service fast and lasting braids and even in the pandemic her prices have always been fairServices: Braids

When I arrived I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. People that came in after me began getting their hair done before me. I ended up leaving after waiting over an hour.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about if you communicate exactly what you want. My braids always come out so good. I've gotten knotless smedium three times. I wash, condition and blow my own hair bcus I'm extremely particular with people doing my hair. I let the ladies know not to braid my hair tight to avoid all the pulling and who wants tight braids anyway. Also not to braid my edges. I only gave 4 stars bcus of the condition of the salon. It would be nice if they invested some time into fixing the place up. Other than that they are very nice women and each time I leave please with lots of new hair growth.

I was recommended to this hair braiding business by a good friend of mine. I value a good customer service, which the person that did my hair, did not had. The woman, who introduced herself as the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. The person did not provided a friendly nor welcoming environment. She had the audacity to be mad when I told her I wasn’t happy with the color she choose. She was very unprofessional and in a rush to get the work done. Due to the low value of service and unprofessionalism I am not interested in returning to this business. Personal matters should be left at home, not brought into work, to let it out on your customers. A good customer service goes a long way.Service: Braids
