This was my first facial ever. I never felt like I needed a professional to help wash my face. But lately, my skin was really acting up. I was breaking out near my nose/ mouth area and forehead (between eyebrows). Carmen was the one who helped me with my first time. She told me that my skin was a little dry and this might've been from the weather changing. The cold usually makes my face really dry and when it's winter, I start flaking!Carmen explained the steps to me while we were doing the facial. I got the basic facial where they cleanse your face, then warm towel, and steam to help open my pores before they started extracting anything. While I was getting steamed, Carmen massaged my neck, shoulders, temples, and she can tell that I am very tired and tense. She says that I need to relax more but it's hard. Carmen then let's me know when she's going to start extracting, it hurt a little bit when she squeezed certain part of my face to take out the dirt or stuff in pimples but then she calms me down later. Since my skin wasn't severe, I was done pretty quick with extractions.I asked if they did mole removal because I feel self conscious about some on my face. They offered the service and I wanted to try it on 4 moles. They put numbing cream on me for 5-7 mins. Then, Carmen used this tool that is sharp and poked at the mole. It felt crazy to me because it was burning but it was quick. I didn't do really deep ones because I'm scared of pain (lol). But she told me how to take care of it and see how it is after the healing process.Overall, everyone was super friendly here but the downside is that they speak Cantonese / mandarin/ Taishanese and some English. I was lucky to use my mom's account to try 1 facial! I also see that they do lash extensions- maybe I'll try it next time!

This is hands down my favorite lash place. They take their time and really take care of you. The lash process is super relaxing -- I've fallen asleep so many times. The lashes here are also from Japan so it's super light weight and comfortable. The prices here are fair and the atmosphere is so luxurious. The workers are all knowledgeable and helpful. They also do facials and other beauty services. The best thing is they always have promotions so it's always going to be a good deal ;)
