They have to do a better job on sig people in, is not right that there was numerous people not on the list now there are there . very poor management skills on how to sign in. They should never allowed people to sign in it should be the receptionist, this way it won't be a problem. I been coming here for years never saw so many people signing in and then leaving. I my self unfortunately will be looking for someone else to do my business accoun.

I contacted this place because my mom has been using them for years. I called and asked if they can help me via email and the receptionist says yes. I then send all of my documents to the account on 02/28 and 2 weeks later I have not received any response although whenever I call the receptionist tells me the account will give me a call back. Finally today I get frustrated in waiting and I call and ask what's taking so long. The receptionist then tells me to call back in 2 days because it hasn't been that long since I've emailed them. This place is so unprofessional and I decided to look for someone else since they wasted so much of my time.
