I am beyond thrilled to have worked with and been guided by Sue and Olivia through the process of creating a ring my fiancé truly loves. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, generous with their time and knowledge, and completely genuine in their excitement for us and our vision of the perfect ring. They were able to help someone who knows nothing about diamonds and jewelry (me) learn and enjoy the entire process while staying on budget and adhering to a strict deadline. They fully understand the gravity of the moments they're helping to create and take what they do incredibly seriously, but are also able to provide a lightness that makes what could be a stressful period a joyful one instead. Each time I left their shop I had happy tears in my eyes. I am so grateful to them for hearing our ideas and then fully executing them--creating a classic ring that every time she looks at my fiancé smiles. :)

Had a great experience at Goldpoint Jewelry designing a custom ring out of a loose gemstone I already owned! From start to finish, Sue and Olivia provided transparent and thoughtful guidance in the custom process and I'm excited to wear such a well designed and unique ring. I'm very satisfied with the experience and I look forward to getting more pieces designed in the future with them!

Olivia made shopping for an engagement ring very easy. All the stress I thought it was going to be -- and probably what kept me from doing it for so long -- was resolved at the door. Somehow, she was able to design a perfect ring from my mostly spewed nonsense about shape, size, and budget. She taught me about clarity, cut, and color, essentially from scratch, and made me feel like enough of an expert to know I was getting the right ring for my partner.
All in all 10/10 experience, will go back for my second marriage.

Sue and Olivia run an awesome operation here. We walked into their store browsing for engagement ring ideas, and ended up designing custom rings right then and there. They were so helpful and created beautiful pieces that we will cherish forever. In contrast to the experiences I had in the diamond district early in my browsing stage, GOLDPOINT did not rush us, showed they really cared about the process, and felt extremely trustworthy along the way. Also you can’t beat a women founded, owned, and operated business. 10/10

Absolutely loved working with the women at Goldpoint. I had three pieces of diamond jewelry remade into four new pieces I already wear all the time and I have more diamonds to spare. They were so helpful and patient with me and gave me great advice while still letting me drive the final decisions. Highly recommend!!!

Sue and Olivia were fantastic to work with. The ring turned out perfectly, the process was easy, and they were there every step of the way. I always support local Greenpoint businesses whenever possible, and this one should be on the top of every Greenpoint/Williamsburg resident's list.
