Hello , I’ve been going to this store for multiple years and I love it. The service and cashiers are super nice and are always attentive. You should get in their position and understand that it’s impossible to weigh something perfectly because it’s food. I’ve had an experience where cold cuts were weighted to much for me but there was never a problem and the cashier easily solved my issue so I doubt this was done from a rude perspective! Also we live in an economy where prices change daily so keep up. Kolos is an amazing store my family and I always shop here.

Not a good store,terrible service Shoppers be aware of the prices ,displayed at the register and the prices they charge you,they do not match.Buyers, be very attentive to the prices of products posted behind the glass of the counter, they are absolutely not true. Without advance warning, they sell you more expensive than on the price tags. They say that they can’t get around to setting new prices. In this store They constantly deceive you on prices and weight. If you ask to cut something and indicate a certain weight, they will absolutely always weigh you more than you asked and will never ask in advance if you agree with it or not. One of the older saleswomen herself admitted that she was taught to weigh more than the buyer asks, maybe it will work out and the buyer will pay more.Also in this store if you pay with a credit card they charge you 3.99%. This is illegal. You can see for yourself by calling 311.There are so many good and honest Russian shops around, on every corner, to go to this Kolos, where you are constantly deceived.
