They are without honor or grace. They sell faulty products (product fell apart after opening)and they refused to exchange,The product was never used. The keys are also poorly made and seldom work. It was the most rude and vile experience I have ever had. Will not be going back and neither should anyone else. Buyer beware!

Has your necessary basic tools and supplies. Looks a bit old but it had what I wanted so I'm good! Very central to the Williamsburg area, very easy to get to.

Not the best but it works sometimes for what's needed. To be honest, they could do a lot better for as long as they been at that same spot. Service with a smile wouldn't kill you also.

They close at 7pm but did not let me in at 6:55 to buy simple lubricant oil. Go someplace else where they actually care about their customers.

I've been living down the street for 10 years and have always been treated with suspicion when shopping here. No matter how often I come in for odds and ends they will always follow you around the store like you're going to steal something. The family that ownsoperates the shop are rude, stubborn, penny pinchers. On my last visit they made a poor copy of a key that I asked them to try making again because the first one would not work. After a 15 minute conversation in which they insisted the poorly made key was somehow MY fault I have vowed to never return. They'd rather spend their time haggling and arguing with a customer than just remaking a one dollar key copy. Head scratching to say the least. Head to Crest on Metropolitan instead. A much largerwell stocked store and a whole lot friendlier.
