If I could give this place zero stars I would because I bought a dress two days ago and they did not want to let me return the dress even though I had tags on it and clearly not worn. The Chinese lady in the store was very rude and had an attitude about me returning the clothes.

I needed a last minute outfit so I went to Glam 86 and as soon as I walked in i was greeted by this nice employee . I was very indecisive but the people working there were so patience with me and didn’t give up on me to find an outfit so finally i found an outfit and I was really happy, the price was great too I would definitely come back to this store!!

Very scammy return policy. No dressing rooms. Told me I could return items in New condition. I bought 5 items on a Sunday night, wanted to return 2 on Monday morning. But apparently they don't return or exchange anything with glitter, and would only do store credit for the other item. Wouldn't allow me to exchange the glitter dress for the same product in a different size. Waste of time and money.

I dropped an item on the floor and it was really difficult to walk by. I didn’t pick up the item since I had a lot of bags in my hand. The manager Kim saw that I wasn’t able to pick up the item, and didn’t try to help me pick it up from the floor. I didn’t think the blame would go on me, but I empathized and understood why the manager would be upset over a dropped item.I did hear her cursing over the incident and it made me pretty uncomfortable while I was trying to shop for clothes for this holiday weekend. I decided to confront her at the register and tried to explain to her and apologized to her for not picking up the item. She was yelling at me in front of all of the rest of the customers. I was confused for this type of treatment in the store over a dropped item and I even went directly to the register to apologize to her!I apologize if she was having a bad day, and maybe she took out the anger on me. But I don’t think it’s fair for any person to be treated in such a way
