This is a wonderful business. My dog is a female Havenese and she has been groomed at Gentle Touch for almost 10 years. We have used other dog groomers, but not one of them come close to the professionalism that we find here. Every time my dog Chloe is groomed here she looks absolutely marvelous. They are the BEST!!!

I absolutely love this place, they take such good care of my dogs Jinx and Lola. He is an anxious pup but always seems happy coming from here. Our groomer takes care of him so well and there genuine love for each animal there.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I dropped off my dog, first time going to a groomers and they were nice in person. Everything seemed ok, 2 hours later we picked him up and he seemed happy, paid and went home. I go home and my dog lays next to me, I give him belly rubs and I see redness all over his groin. He got cut by their razor. They are NOT gentle. Until I see it myself I do not trust them. NOT going back. Any company response you put on here, is not going to be apologetic enough. I hope no other dog gets hurt. Listen to the reviews!

Gentle touch is just that! They ALWAYS treat your pet as if is their own. Your dog will be handled gently & be treated to a day spa treatment, not a day of torture! Your pet comes home happy & so do you. Can not recommend enough.

Charlie looks perfect. They were real gentle and it only took an hour and a half for the grooming . Good prices too! I recommend.

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and listened to our request on the look for the grooming. He looked happy, and well groomed when I picked him up. Ted will definitely have Rachel groom him again.
