Very dissatisfied. Poor business ethics by the he/ she name Authum. He needs to be retrained. Not good for your business. I would not recommend anyone to him / she in particular.

I had an emergency and was upset to have to pawn a piece of jewelry which meant a lot to me,the clerk,a very tiny little lady,the little one she called herself was so kind and patient while I debated about it. If you have to go to a pawn shop go here,they treat you with dignity.

They have some awesome workers at 1708 Atlantic Avenue, Antrum is actually amazing always ask for him first and the short lady with black hair as well ❤️??however the AA young girl is actually horrible if she’s there just leave! Overall all the other workers are great ! Thk you guys

First time here and I was skeptical at pawning my jewelry. So I decided to read the reviews of this particular Gem. And all the reviews basically was good service. Antrum was the gentleman I was dealing with and he was superb with explaining everything and was very patient with my questions

I was in a rush, on my way to get some much needed cash just for them to be closed until 4pm. Huh? Do you only have one staff member available? Especially when you close at 6pm at such a busy location. What a joke. Bad taste in my mouth.

Originally I had a communication but I never thought anyone would respond and so quickly. I received a call from the manager Vivian and she resolved my issue quickly. She goes above and beyond and I can’t say enough nice things about her. She does a really good job. Thank you Vivian!?
